For the second consecutive year, the GeB\u00e9NouT association invites the people of Martinique to discover a form of yoga rooted in ancient African traditions: Egyptian yoga. Until it can offer regular classes, GeB\u00e9NouT is presenting a 5-day workshop led by Makanjuola Jacques Vieyra, the creator of Souma Tawy Yoga of the Pharaohs, an original form of Egyptian yoga.<\/p>\n

The workshop is open to anyone who wants to learn the basics for a practice that brings daily benefits. It consists of practice sessions, short talks, and discussions. It is open to beginners.<\/p>\n

The 5-day workshop will take place from Monday, July 9, through Friday, July 13, at the vegetarian restaurant L\u2019Auberge du Maraicher in Le Lamentin. Reservations are being accepted through July 7, 2018. You may also attend on a per-day basis.<\/p>\n

As an introduction to the workshop, the following events will take place at the Domaine de Tivoli in Fort-de-France:<\/p>\n

\u2013 a presentation, Friday, July 6, 2018, at 6:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

\u2013 introductory sessions lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes, on Saturday, July 7, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
