{"id":5056,"date":"2026-01-06T16:02:09","date_gmt":"2026-01-06T15:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/martinique2050.com\/prochaine-formation-prorefei-referent-energie-en-industrie-pour-les-antilles-et-la-guyane\/"},"modified":"2026-01-06T16:02:09","modified_gmt":"2026-01-06T15:02:09","slug":"prochaine-formation-prorefei-referent-energie-en-industrie-pour-les-antilles-et-la-guyane","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/martinique2050.com\/en\/prochaine-formation-prorefei-referent-energie-en-industrie-pour-les-antilles-et-la-guyane\/","title":{"rendered":"Upcoming PROREFEI training course, \u201cIndustrial Energy Advisor,\u201d for the French West Indies and French Guiana"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>An innovative training program for corporate energy coordinators at OC2 Consultants, a consulting firm specializing in sustainable development.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><strong>The goal of this training is to equip \u00abhigh-energy-consumption\u00bb facilities\u2014regardless of the form of energy used\u2014with the tools to achieve substantial energy savings.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>OC2 Consultants was selected by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atee.fr\/\">the Technical Association for Energy and E<\/a>Environment, the ATEE, to roll out the national training program in Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prorefei.org\/\">PROREFEI<\/a>, training of the \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ademe.fr\/sites\/default\/files\/assets\/documents\/sme-fiche-regerent-energie-2015.pdf\">Energy Coordinators <\/a>\u00bbin the manufacturing sector in 2019 and 2020.\".<\/p>\n<p>P<strong>to truly integrate energy management into the company's overall management.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This training is intended for managers in production, engineering, maintenance, new construction, and general operations, as well as QSE and HSE managers responsible for controlling and optimizing energy consumption within the company, who may <strong>achieve savings of 10 to 20% on annual consumption<\/strong> and plan for greater savings over the long term. The industrial sector is primarily affected, but so are the service sector\u2014including large-scale retail\u2014and local governments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coverage of Training Costs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Among the innovations of this program, costs can be covered at 100 % (up to three employees per company) for industrial companies with fewer than three hundred employees (at 50% for those with more than three hundred). For other service sector companies, particularly local governments, standard funding through their OPCA is available, as OC2 Consultants is listed in DATADOCK.<\/p>\n<p><strong>An Innovative Multimodal Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The program consists of three phases and includes mentoring throughout the educational process\u2014that is, individualized support for each intern at the company provided by a trainer, which helps put what they\u2019ve learned into practice.<\/p>\n<p>Phase 1: A six-hour online course called a \u00abMOOC\u00bb (Massive Open Online Course\u2014editor\u2019s note: an online course open to everyone), led by an instructor-tutor. The course covers and reviews the fundamentals of energy efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Phase 2: A two-day in-person training session held on consecutive days in each region. The training covers the role and responsibilities of the Energy Coordinator and the methodology to be implemented.<\/p>\n<p>3<sup>th<\/sup> Duration: Individual support for each trainee in a work setting for two and a half days by a trainer-mentor to implement concrete energy-saving measures on the company\u2019s premises.
