Hanora+ 2026 est lanc\u00e9 par un duo\u00a0: la fondation Malakoff Handicap et l\u2019Avise, \u00e0 destination des \u00ab\u00a0structures engag\u00e9es dans l\u2019innovation sociale au service du handicap\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif est clair, il s\u2019agit d\u2019\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0apporter un soutien strat\u00e9gique et op\u00e9rationnel aux porteurs de projet dans le champ du handicap\u00a0et\u00a0de d\u00e9ployer une ing\u00e9nierie m\u00e9thodologique d\u00e9di\u00e9e au changement d\u2019\u00e9chelle d\u2019innovations sociales\u00a0du handicap\u00a0\u00bb, expliquent les organisateurs. Concr\u00e8tement, il s\u2019agit d\u2019accompagner les structures dans leur \u00ab\u00a0plan strat\u00e9gique de changement d\u2019\u00e9chelle\u00a0\u00bb, ajoutent-ils. En d\u2019autres termes\u00a0? Les principaux crit\u00e8res \u00e0 respecter sont\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agir dans le domaine du handicap<\/li>\n<li>\u00catre un organisme sans but lucratif ou une collectivit\u00e9 territoriale<\/li>\n<li>Etre situ\u00e9 en France, m\u00e9tropolitaine et outre-mer<\/li>\n<li>Etre porteur d\u2019une innovation sociale, qui peut se d\u00e9velopper \u00e0 une \u00e9chelle sup\u00e9rieure<\/li>\n<li>Etre \u00e2g\u00e9 d\u2019au moins 3 ans d\u2019existence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019appel aux candidatures repose sur une volont\u00e9 de soutenir les structures pour lesquelles l\u2019innovation est au c\u0153ur du projet. Toutefois, cette dimension innovante doit pouvoir se d\u00e9cliner \u00e0 une plus grande \u00e9chelle, cette dimension innovante doit avoir fait ses preuves, avec un \u00ab\u00a0mod\u00e8le organisationnel structur\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Une enveloppe sera consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0mobilisation\u00a0d\u2019expertises externes \u00e0 hauteur de 5 500 \u20ac maximum\u00a0\u00bb, afin de d\u00e9bloquer des \u00e9ventuels \u00ab\u00a0points techniques li\u00e9s au changement d\u2019\u00e9chelle des projets\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Les candidatures seront ouvertes \u00e0 partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> juin et jusqu\u2019au 30 juin, 8 projets seront retenus lors de cet appel \u00e0 projets.
