A local festival to raise awareness of issues affecting the ocean. That\u2019s the goal of the organizers of the Sea and Coast Festival: to bring the general public closer to the shoreline in order to raise awareness of the challenges involved in protecting the marine environment. It\u2019s a way to combine festivities with environmental awareness.<\/h2>\n

Sea and Coast Festival<\/strong><\/h2>\n

On Saturday, June 6, 2026, the Sea and Coast Festival will be held at the \u00c9tang Z\u2019Abricots community marina. \u00abCACEM and the \u00c9tang Z\u2019Abricots community marina invite you to join us for a festive, fun, and educational day celebrating our maritime and coastal heritage!\u00bb say the organizers. The festival grounds will be open starting at 10 a.m. on June 6. Admission is free.<\/p>\n

How can we combine business with pleasure? \u00abThis event is part of an effort to highlight the region\u2019s natural and maritime heritage, while offering an opportunity for everyone to come together and relax.\u00bb<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s event features a wide range of activities, including educational and awareness-raising events\u2014it\u2019s a chance to get closer to the sea and enjoy the exhibits put on for the occasion.<\/p>\n

Specifically, the organizers are inviting visitors to explore the mangrove forest and take part in awareness-raising activities, including viewing the exhibits and the mural titled \u00abOfildelo.\u00bb There will be many prizes to win during this day dedicated to the sea. \u201cCome with family or friends to celebrate the richness of our coastlines, our biodiversity, and our maritime culture in a friendly and festive atmosphere,\u201d the organizers note in a social media post.
