Les chauves-souris en danger\u00a0? Contexte<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Un particulier a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9loger une colonie de chauves-souris qui se trouve dans une habitation qui lui appartient. Un projet d\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0portant d\u00e9rogation \u00e0 l\u2019interdiction de perturber intentionnellement des sp\u00e9cimens d\u2019esp\u00e8ces animales prot\u00e9g\u00e9es et d\u00e9truire des sites de reproduction ou des aires de repos d\u2019esp\u00e8ces animales prot\u00e9g\u00e9es,\u00a0Brachyphylla cavernarum<\/em>\u00a0sur le territoire de la Martinique\u00a0\u00bb, est \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude, selon la DEAL.<\/p>\n

La colonie compte environ 2000 individus. Il s\u2019agirait de les d\u00e9loger avec des techniques douces, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire une obstruction des entr\u00e9es, afin que les individus ne puissent plus rentrer dans l\u2019habitation. La p\u00e9riode choisie pour intervenir sera une p\u00e9riode hors de la saison de reproduction, afin \u00ab\u00a0de ne pas g\u00eaner l\u2019esp\u00e8ce durant cette p\u00e9riode importante pour le cycle biologique\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

La DEAL lance donc une consultation du public jusqu\u2019au 7 juillet 2026, afin que chacun puisse se prononcer. Sera-t-il possible d\u2019\u00e9tudier les serpents\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Un autre arr\u00eat\u00e9 est en pr\u00e9paration. Il est demand\u00e9 l\u2019autorisation de \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9tenir temporairement, manipuler, transporter des sp\u00e9cimens d\u2019esp\u00e8ces animales prot\u00e9g\u00e9es de trigonoc\u00e9phales (Bothrops lanceolatus)<\/em>\u00a0sur le territoire de la Martinique\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Ces individus de serpents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9s morts en bord de route et conserv\u00e9s dans un cong\u00e9lateur. La DEAL lance une consultation publique permettant de d\u00e9terminer s\u2019il sera possible d\u2019\u00ab\u00a0\u00e9tudier le r\u00e9gime alimentaire et le statut de sant\u00e9 (composition corporelle, \u00e9tat reproducteur) de cette esp\u00e8ce\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 le fait que ces individus sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 morts, il peut sembler logique que les scientifiques puissent \u00e9tudier l\u2019esp\u00e8ces sans porter atteinte \u00e0 la biodiversit\u00e9.
