The Opportunity to Work Toward the Ecological Transition<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Territorial Collectivity of Martinique (CTM) is seeking a new head of the Office of Waste Planning and Management within the Directorate of Ecological and Energy Transition. The position is based in Sch\u0153lcher and is a Category A position.<\/p>\n

What is the ideal profile?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The CTM is seeking a \u00abCategory A employee with a bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in the fields of regional development, environmental engineering, or waste management.\u00bb.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate should possess knowledge such as a thorough understanding of \u00abnational and local public policies on waste management,\u00bb for example, or a thorough understanding of \u00abenvironmental legislation and issues, particularly in the areas of waste management, the circular economy, and the ecological transition,\u00bb explain the recruiters.<\/p>\n

The candidate must also be able to identify and analyze \u00abchallenges by anticipating them and taking a holistic view\u00bb and must be able to \u2019organize, structure, and disseminate information.\u00ab Finally, the new office director must be compassionate and have a strong sense of responsibility\u2026 and for good reason: the success of the mission will depend on it.<\/p>\n
