The Martinique Nature Park will soon begin implementing the program
the European Life+ BIODIV’OM project, whose activities will take place between 2018 and 2023 across five regions
Overseas Territories: Martinique, St. Martin, French Guiana, Réunion, and Mayotte.
In Martinique, the main efforts are aimed at protecting the white-throated mockingbird, a bird
endemic to St. Lucia and Martinique; its range, as far as Martinique is concerned, is
limited to the Caravelle Peninsula.
As part of this program, the Natural Park is hiring a «Wildlife» Project Manager – Coordinator of the LIFE+ BIODIV’OM Martinique project. The deadline for submitting applications is Wednesday, October 31, 2018.
