The mission of the Active association (Action for Integration and Environmental Stewardship) is to promote the social reintegration and return to work of employees facing integration challenges.

Through paid, supervised work, ACTIVE fosters a sense of collective commitment among its participating employees. This commitment is built on the daily instillation of core values, which serve as the foundation for the process of social reintegration. The main areas of activity include agriculture, the maintenance of green spaces, and environmental stewardship.
