ADEME Launches a Public Consultation
The construction industry is a major sector that generates large quantities of waste in the region, ADEME is therefore launching a consultation aimed at improving the situation and examining the «opportunities» and «limitations of reusing construction products and materials in the region,» according to a statement from ADEME.
ADEME's stated objective is:
- To conduct an assessment of the barriers and drivers to reuse in Martinique; ;
- To identify current practices and estimate potential opportunities over the next three years; ;
- To effectively organize this sector and provide the best possible support to its stakeholders.
How can I participate in this consultation with the construction industry?
To carry out this consultation, ADEME commissioned the consulting firm AGYRE, which specializes in the circular economy, and POCITRON, a «consulting firm specializing in decarbonization and energy efficiency.».
