As May 2026 approaches, the CRESS of Martinique is announcing two calls for projects, each focusing on a different aspect of the social and solidarity economy. Gender equality and the transition to agroecology: these calls for proposals aim to fund projects that benefit the Martinique region. Get your applications ready!
Gender Equality
First and foremost, the «Gender Equality in the Workplace» call for proposals is intended to contribute to:
- Reducing Occupational Inequalities
- Promoting Gender Diversity in the Workforce
- Improving Work-Life Balance
- Facilitate access to employment and services (e.g., child care)
In terms of practical details, the call for proposals provides for 85% in co-financing, with a minimum grant of 50,000€. The deadline for applications is Monday, May 25, 2026.

Agroecological Transition
Also within the framework of the social and solidarity economy, the second call for projects issued by the CRESS of Martinique focuses primarily on agriculture but is based on a «triple bottom line»: economic, environmental, and social.
What are the benefits for selected projects? Support for forming groups, technical assistance, funding for program coordination, and experimentation with practices tailored to the local area.
