Call for Proposals
The partners of the Territorial Energy Management Program (PTME)—ADEME, the Directorate for the Environment, Land Use Planning, and Housing (DEAL), the Territorial Collectivity of Martinique (CTM), EDF, and the Martinique Joint Electricity Authority (SMEM)—have been supporting projects related to energy-efficient renovations and energy savings through calls for proposals since 2017. This year, the call for projects focuses exclusively on the renovation of tourist accommodations (hotels and vacation villages).
The purpose of this call for proposals is to support (both technically and financially) project owners in their exemplary renovation efforts that go beyond regulatory requirements, thereby creating a dynamic sector that is mindful of the environmental challenges associated with its activities and serves as an ambassador for the energy transition in Martinique to tourists from around the world.
