This July’s major event in Martinique will give visitors the opportunity to learn about environmental health issues, thanks to the efforts of the Madininair teams. This popular festival aims to raise public awareness and highlight the connection between human health and environmental protection.

During the 2026 Yole Race in Fort-de-France, Madininair will have a booth on the Savane from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 30. «Come one, come all to discuss air quality!» say the organizers.
During this event, visitors will be able to enjoy activities, booths, workshops, and health screenings, all aimed at raising awareness about environmental health. «Practical tips for a safe vacation!» say the Madininair teams.
A mission of public interest
This health village is being established to raise public awareness of public health issues. Specifically, it will help educate local communities about health issues such as nutrition, physical activity, and the link between the environment and human health.
Through its partners—the Prefecture of Martinique, the City of Fort-de-France, the ARS, and the Martinique Round Yole Federation—Madininair is committed to public health in general and to air quality in particular.
Last week, from July 21 to 24, 2026, the CTM and Madininair organized a week dedicated to environmental health: «Grandes Vac-sciences.» This week, Madininair is continuing its awareness campaign—so don’t hesitate to stop by the Madininair booth this Thursday, July 30, while you’re touring the rowing boats.
