The AGOA Sanctuary is launching a digital photo contest on the theme of marine mammal conservation. The winning entries will be featured in an exhibition on June 21 during Eco-Citizenship Day, which will be held at MACTe prior to the Kozé AGOA. This international gathering will take place at the same venue the following day and will host the contest’s awards ceremony.
The goal of this initiative is to enable students in the Caribbean Marine Protected Area (the academic regions of Guadeloupe and Martinique, French schools in the Dominican Republic and Haiti, etc.) to share their perspectives on the protection of cetaceans, marine mammals, and their habitats.
