Sustainable food systems encompass all dietary practices aimed at providing people with sufficient food of high quality, both today and tomorrow, while respecting
the environment. Sustainable food systems therefore address health, social, and environmental challenges simultaneously.
In the context of the National Food Conference and the Overseas Territories Conference, the Directorate of Food, Agriculture, and Forestry (DAAF), ADEME, and the Territorial Collectivity of Martinique (CTM) have decided to jointly launch a call for projects to support initiatives addressing the many challenges of sustainable food systems, as well as the Development of Local Food Projects (PAT).
The goal is to support projects that bring people together, are scalable, or serve as models, in line with the priorities of public food policy. These initiatives are intended to implement and demonstrate the National Food Program (PNA) in Martinique.
The selection will be made based on the recommendation of a multidisciplinary, interministerial committee of experts.
